Shipping and Delivery

As soon as your order is placed, our office springs into action. We verify the order and immediately get it out for processing. Our store has set up distribution channels direct with selected manufacturers all over the world, so your order gets processed at the manufacturer and then shipped out.

The direct supply chain enables us to to cut out all the middleman costs and bring you amazing great prices. Normally, when you buy items from a store (if you can even find it) the prices are much higher, it's because there are so many levels of shipping and storage and handling in between the item's manufacturer and the retailer.

By cutting out the middle and processing your items directly, your shipping times are a little longer BUT your prices are much much lower.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE for all orders. Period.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
It will take 1-3 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Are my orders tracked?
Yes, you will receive a tracking code via email upon purchase.

What happens if my parcel(s) fail to be delivered or picked up?
As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centers. Standard shipping fees (please refer to the table above) will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.

Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number is accurate before placing your order. 

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know your or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).
